I changed it up a bit- I used unsweetened chocolate (bakers chocolate) instead of the 80-85% and I used 75% chocolate in place of the 60-70%. I added two teaspoons of Cayenne and could still barely taste any pepper flavor. I would add a tablespoon next time.
They must be delicious considering the calorie and fat count!
